Castlewellan Forest Park boasts one of Northern Ireland’s most famous lakes, a stunning Victorian Castle, incredible panoramic views and now some of Irelands fastest flowing singletrack; all just minutes from the lively town of Castlewellan.
The red trail enjoys incredible parkland views before splitting off and winding past Castlewellan Castle and onto Slievenslat where the fun then really begins with some awesome descents before the rolling homeward leg back to the trailhead.

Self-Guided – you’ll be supplied with an easily followed route map including route description and key local tips!
